Phortis's Chili
2 lbs ground beef -- cooked
15 oz chick peas -- drained
15 oz Red kidney beans -- drained
15 oz Mexican Chili beans
1 bunch green onions -- chopped fine
1/2 cup chili peppers -- chopped fine
1/2 cup jalapeno -- chopped fine
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tb crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
8 oz chianti, or dark beer
Brown ground beef. Throw all ingredients into large pot. Simmer. Serve hot. Add more hot stuff if needed

This is a recipe for the soul. Serious
Learn to make bread from scratch. No bread machine, no measuring spoons or cups, just a bowl. I'm not going to say let the force guide you but you do do this by feel and intuition. It is a very rewarding, satisfying and tasty meditation like experience.
