The new one I'm talking about it a fitness challenge, not the meditation revolution.
Although, even though I've done meditation for years, I found the revolution to be extremely beneficial.
For anyone who missed it, you can still do it if you'd like.
And again, the fitness challenge begins September 10th.

Hey Guys The yogic text on meditation tell us that the best periods to meditate are during the so-called switching factors in the day.Meditate before or between foods so that you don't experience gradual because your power is going toward digestive function.Thanks !!
