Day 2 done!
My meditation was done a little differently. I took some time to focus to write the creed, the code, and the three tenets in a little notebook that I carry with me. I found a great amount of pleasure in this and it was very wonderful

Almost 'forgot'. And by that I mean I was doing fun things this morning and then ran out of time before work.
Now that I'm home from work...

Push-ups: 10
Sit-ups: 10
Squats: 10

Meditation: 15 minutes

See you all back here tomorrow.

I have failed day 3!!! I did not make the time for my challenge which I am more just disappointed in myself. But that doesn't mean I'm going to stop.
It would be very easy for me to stop right now but I started this for me so I will finish it for me!

You didn't fail MarVinKra, you learned something: that you need to make time for yourself for your challenge.

Besides, the point of these challenges (which are 'beginner' versions of the 100 Days of Discipline) is to create new habits to take with us on our journey long past the point of counting how many days we've been going. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and do today what you did not do yesterday so that tomorrow you can do what you couldn't today.

That's enough motivational cliche's for one post. Onwards and upwards.

Day 3 is now done! Even though I was unable to complete it yesterday I made some time just now.
My meditation was spent reading through my Temple notebook. From my last meditation I filled some pages with the The creed, the code, and the three tenets and I practiced memorising them and really reading what they are saying and what they mean.

Thank you Dano for your kind words and encouragement! I'm editing this post to add this in because I didn't actually get to see your post while I was meditating and writing this original post. It's really nice to have people pushing you on so thank you :)

Force be with you
