Doing anything for the first official International Day of Yoga????!!!!

I also like the idea of everyone posting their yoga poses! Everyone could do it as simply standing with your arms at your side (mountain) or laying with your arms at your side and feet outstretched (savasana) are both yoga poses. So really, there are no excuses to not participate!

This needs to be shared. Talked to Arthur two weeks ago, he's the guy who got me started doing DDP Yoga a couple of months ago. Been doing it every day since. Crazy story, Wonderful guy...
