right = the way your particular body wants and needs it to be.
challenge yourself at anything.
challenge yourself some more at it.
keep challenging yourself...
always challenge yourself.
And then challenge yourself some more.
After that... you guessed it...
did i mention eating and sleeping? oh yeah... that too.
you up for a challenge?
