Keep having these feelings, they come and go, already tripped once and determined to quit for good this time. So any advice from those that have quit?
When I tried this stage, I was told to suck it up.

I remember this friend of mine showed me something about how we draw that dependancy or something which eventually leads to a better lifestyle. Such a touching pamphlet. I'll see if there's a website

It's tough. Like ripping your guts out with your own hands. You are much stronger than you know and can do this. Hang in there even when you think you can't anymore. The key to success is to never give up. Good luck. Keep us posted. Talk to us if you need support.
