Barbell bench press and standing overhead press today. Had a break due to catching the edge of a cold, and didn't want to aggravate it by exhausting myself.

My Full-Body Gauntlet
In circuit, 3 sets (between 6-10 reps):
- Squat
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
- Barbell Row
- Plank (30-60 seconds)

I'm a little late on this one. :blush:

All I can say, from experience, is to swallow your pride and start light, then start adding weight 5 lbs at a time. This helped me correct my form and strengthen areas where I was once weak. If you've moved on from squatting, or you're just taking a break from it for a while, disregard and carry on. Hope that helps you some.

// Note - In case you were wondering, I started over with just the bar. I felt foolish, but in order to correct problem areas, I had to re-start with the basics. But, to each their own, eh? ;)
