Day 4: I got about 5 minutes for the Tai Chi. It wasn’t my best work and still a bit painful. 5 minutes on a breathing exercise.

Did my ~30 mins of Corpse Yoga while waiting to leave for work. Not sure exact time, it loses meaning once you get into that trance.

Day 5: I got 20 minutes of a breathing meditation in today at work. I had the extra time on my lunch and enjoyed the peace that it brought me.
