Time to meditate , take a mirror and tell yourself "I love you"

Funny , ( my own thought) [*personal opinion] I can tell all my loved ones I love them, friends , even strangers in faith, yet I DO NOT tell myself , what is often much needed . Lina , you build me up, still , always and even though...
glad you are in my direct path of Jedi ism. This seems to be a great way to tame the old man the dragon the beast inside the dark dog the snake in my garden... myself my ego, we got names for days and yet the one name I can think of with all these labels is... me. I just wasn’t brought up the “I love you” way - it’s not something that’s often said that way in my country, as the language for it is lacking in Swiss German. It’s reserved for romantic love. Doesn’t mean my parents weren’t affectionate and since I speak English with my own kids I say that a lot to them. But it’s awkward to direct it towards myself so I don’t do it.
