Warning: Spoiler!
There is passion, yet there is peace
Through passion I gain strength and knowledge
Through strength and knowledge I gain victory
Through victory I gain peace and harmony
Through peace and harmony my chains are broken

Got a lot of grateful to get off my chest today....
I'm grateful to my parents and grandparents, who do more for me than they should, and more than I deserve, who taught me to work hard but be generous.
I'm grateful to my fiance, who taught me say 'f*** it' and be myself.
I'm grateful to my year ten history teacher, who taught me that one voice can change the world.
I'm grateful for my record player... even though half the disks have been played to death, there's something more soulful in the music from a record than from any mp3 or cd.

I am grateful for the sermons that many times say just what you need and grateful for the people who put in some much to the Temple. Not all of it seen.
Thanks

Today I am grateful for all of my animals: Dog, 3 cats, parakeet and the bunny.
Having to stop taking in rescue rats and degu because of my allergy was a killer, but the silly personalities of my remaining animals makes my day every day.

Today I am grateful for my best friend and 80's music. His best friend senses allowed him to wake up and respond to my urgent text messages even though he normally sleeps for another hour and playing 80's music is helping give me a much needed energy boost in place of the dreaded soda that I crave.

I don't know ...
... today, I just feel *off*. :blink:
That's all.
On the other hand ...
- I'm having a pretty nice day off ;
- It is a beautiful-weather day and I'm just getting ready to go out (though there is that *off* which is a curious way of "enjoying it") ;
- I'm healthy and fed and can afford a cup of chocolate in city-centre ;
- I enjoy reading philosophy (I'm not coerced into reading it to earn a pretentious - and useless - university degree) ;
- I have several pair of shoes -- I don't know why that is important, but still ...
:huh:

I'll let you know later ...

Around this time every year, I normally go through about a week of pollen-allergy before I get accustomed to it being in the air... that was irritating me for a good part of the evening yesterday, but today I can breath through my nose just fine, and my eyes aren't watery. It may come back, but for now, I'm grateful just to be able to function. :laugh:

I am grateful that I have everything that I do in my life. I have a place to live, a good paying job which I enjoy and excel in, good side work, a passion, friends, and family who care about me. Life is good and I should breathe and de-stress about the little things.

I am grateful for the friends I met in school... only they would know me well enough to buy me things that would have a perfect place on my altar. And they never judge...
