Unless something has changed, Seminarians are welcomed to Clergy Meetings and encouraged to participate.

I always assumed because it's not a public meeting, and because private rooms in chat here take a lot of effort.

However the meeting thread with the full conversation is posted here after the meeting for those who cannot attend to read and respond to.

No solution would work for everyone, but at least this way the meeting works whilst allowing those who can't be there to have input too.
