well according to the website, it will be on the 20th, but it will be night time when it happens (8:56pm- 11:54pm) so I think I won't get very much from it xD on the bright side, in 5 years there is a total eclipse here

Yeah, Brian Williams just stated it will only be viewable from the south west, sucks for me...

The last total eclipse we saw here was in August 1999.
Reflecting on that, one comes to the realisation that eclipses are better than weddings ... it happens, it's over in four minutes and then one can move on to the party without having to sit through a lot of "I do, I do" codswabble.
