We all get caught up in our daily lives. Good things happen and bad things happen, but for the most part our lives become a very routine thing. When the good happens to us, we jump quickly to thinking how quickly those times ended. When the bad things happen, we jump quickly to thinking how slowly the bad things pass. The key, to me, is neither one of those times. The key is taking the time to just stop during the routine monotony of the normal daily routine. Take 10 simple minutes and walk outside, close your eyes and simply listen and feel. 10 little minutes in the morning before you head to work, in the afternoon during lunch, after work, or before bed. Just make the time. Those 10 minutes a day can calm your mind and let you become closer to yourself. This is a form of meditation and will simply help you more than you ever realize.

May the Force be with you all

Be cool if we could post each day how we spent those 10 mins. How it helped us

I took my ten today and walked to the mailbox and made peanut butter and jelly. I'm very "lucky" I don't have to punch a clock or scan in some where. I use my ten minutes to prepare today. What am I gonna do today. Thanks jack I'm ready!

A brilliant idea, thank you Jack!

I try to do something similar to this, that is take time to meditate when I need it. I like the idea of something every day though!
