tzb, Licensed Minister, Announcement, 2014 was created by Alexandre Orion

This is formal notice that Apprentice Stuart Johnson, known to us as tzb, has completed the Clerical Training Programme to the satisfaction of the Clergy of the TotJO and as such he is awarded on this day, 21st April 2014, a License as Minister of the Force. Once he has attained Knighthood, tzb will be eligible for ordination as a Deacon. Until then, he is granted all the rights and responsibilities bestowed upon the title of Licensed Minister, including the use of the title "Reverend" (Rev.). Please join us in congratulating him upon this achievement !
