Quick is quite nice, I was a big fan of the chicken curry club sandwich. It used to be belgian (now french), dont know if they're in the US (doubt it). I wouldn't eat there though nowadays as they do halal.

Halal means "allowed by islam". Basically, what you eat has to be killed by a muslim priest according to certain rituals.

As I'm no fan of Peta, I'm not obsessed with the ritual however the fact is when they do this, it discriminates against slaughterhouse workers who are not muslim priests, as non-muslim customers end up consuming halal (whether they realize/care about it or not). So no, I wouldn't eat there. Plus, Mcdonald's in france is like 10 times better than anywhere else, and cheaper than quick.

I know what Halal is.. and apparently it has to be killed with a special knife in the name of Allah by a muslim person of sound mental health and faith. Not necessarily by a cleric. If they do go that extra mile for an actual priest, that's a lot of time spent for fast food.. I do agree on McDonalds in France, though. I'm guilty of eating it there, even though I don't even eat it in the US lol!
