Hi everyone,
Not sure if you know but 20 March has been declared the first international UN Happiness day as part of their work to shift beliefs about what creates sustainable wellbeing, and how that affects us socially and economically. Hint – more money doesn’t make us happy
. If anyone’s interested in reading it I have a copy of the UN Happiness report and index.
I do a lot with groups in NZ that work towards developing people’s capacity for happiness, which is less about living in a land of rainbows and unicorns and more about taking responsibility for ones emotional health and building personal resilience. I personally believe that gratitude, spirituality, personal responsibility and giving a damn about the people around you are essential to being genuinely happy. Which is one of the reasons Jediism is such a good fit

Neat-o It would be cool hear more about the UN's report. I didn't know about the 20th and now that I do I guess I should take advantage.
