Is there any way we can put this in a more visible place, like one of the top menus? My TotJO or Community perhaps? I think more people would see it and use it if it were there. Where it is now is somewhat harder to find, and, as they say, "Out of sight, out of mind."

The best way to increase numbers would simply be to introduce this to your friends or, as Plokoon and Zanthan Storm have done, take initiative and have some real-world places!

We're more spread out in a larger country. It isn't exactly fair. I agree with your second statement though.

At least you HAVE gatherings!

And why none of you go hang at the pub with your jedi besties, and are on line with me...

Gatherings regularly go down in IL. Chicago has the largest concentration of jedi in the same place that i know of right now. Chicagojedi.com

Yes Chicago is currently the 'be-at' place for offline Jedi activities. Hopefully we will reach a similar level soon enough. Fortunately I still see us growing at a steady, natural-like, pace online which is great!

I think it is only a matter of time before these things start happening really frequently...

Those here now may not realise it but I remember how things were back in late 2010 (I remember 2007 but more people here can relate to 2010 ). If you compare then to now... well... I think for me we really started getting going in 2012 (despite the already 6 years of functioning). That is when stuff really started happening and it has continued at a good pace since!

If we just naturally continue the way we have been going then we have nothing to worry in regards to offline activities

I think 2013 will be 2012 but an extra 50% on top - if you get what I mean

If it makes you feel any better about being an oldie, i remember what it was like in 2001. There was no offline jedi, simply because there were not enough jedi total to do anything.
