In the IP, Campbell discusses how people created similar stories on different continents, seemingly worlds apart...

They say the science has to be proven, but, I see how this could apply to the human organisms...

We could grow and adapt in totally separate areas, yet grow similarly...

Just struck me as interesting...:)

i had the same thought/feeling after finishing the IP on human cultural/societal development, jestor. we all share at least 99% of the same genetic material, right? something like that? so it stands to reason that these patterns can show up over time and distance many times based on biology and the way that our minds process data.

I found it very interesting that the theory is being proven...

Vely, vely, interesting...:)

I figured it was possible, but science is proving it...

Or we were visited by aliens that use different locations on earth for pristine vacations.

Mrs Alien, "Honey do you want to take the kids to visit the pyramids on earth or go look at the giant heads on some island? We could swing by Atlantis before it finishes sinking too?" Mr Alien, "I don't care as long as it's warm. I still haven't gotten over the North and South poles."
