I have a legal degree but I'm not (and not trying to be) a licensed attorney.

I had no problems with the Reddit use. It was fair use. It helped us.

It's very expensive to litigate a trademark case and typical attorneys won't take them. It'd require a specialist.

I understand, but filing DOES require fees to process. So Bro John will foot the bill and all subsequent court fees. They can get steep.
