My sixth-grade science teacher got me with this one...I passed the test today.

This is an old theme, yet a new version (new to me anyway). I got this first very young also, like Darren, and as never having had a horrible relationship to time (didn't often do things in order either), take the instruction to "read all of the instructions" before beginning seriously.

From time to time, this, or one very much like it, is a good exercise to give to students, and that at just about any time during the semester. When trying this with my classes, there were a minority who got it right away and the majority who ... well, don't.

It stems from work though. I don't start writing or signing anything until I've read what it's all about. I read the whole of my phone contract before I signed it
