i have no finished my application and my oath does this mean i am a temple member, or is there still somethings left to do

Master Jestor processes the applications and sorts out all of the rank changes, but he does them in batches and so sometimes you have to wait a few days. Just be patient...you don't have to wait for your rank to change to start studying and taking part in discussions...
