Battle meditation is a defensive technique applied by undertaking years of practise therein becoming a master of battle meditation can litteraly render an individual for want of a better word nearly invincible within the framework of a combat or fight situation. I would like to teach this topic here. Any questions so far?

What method is used for meditating to begin this training? Breathing, Montras, Affirmation, Visualization, Posture, Setting, ect.
Any experience using this other than training?
Peace,
Matt

I have a question. Mind you as one who makes use of the Force in sparring matches to compensate for weaknesses I'm not asking the validity of such a thing. I know things like this CAN work, but what field testing have you done is my question? To what degree does it strengthen your existing abilities? What are its limitations? How draining is it?

To me, it sounds as though you are describing Martial Zen or Mushin no shin. I have heard of it's benefits but I don't believe "invincible" would be a good word for it. From what I understand, it is typically done by training to the point that motions become muscle memory and when you have mastered this process you can remove conscious thought from the process and merely react. It allows you to fight through intuition instead of thinking about what you should do next.
Just my take on it.
