Respect for our Ranking Members

I was raised to always treat my elders with respect (not that I know the ages of every person that is a Knight or Master or higher :lol: but my mind wants me to believe they all are ). But I was also raised on the sayings "treat others how you want to be treated" and "if you don't have anything nice to say-don't say anything at all". Though the last one is from Bambi.....
