That's true... my instructor Eddie the Dragon.. He used to do that at ceremonys, and demonstrations..
As well as Tony Segala.. ah back in the day.. good stuff
They showed me how.. just never went up for black, nor did really try to break stuff..
But that's awesome that you do :)
That takes some focus.. which I didn't have in high school..

uhhh, the older I get, the harder it is to remember....

I think the only reason people hate on TKD is that it's hard to utilize in a self-defense situation. Personally, I enjoy it, but it conflicts with my lazy-teenager nature. B)
