Nice, I had to double take....

The Advent Calendar is what is was going for...
That was $40.00... I couldn't give it for a Christmas present, or the calendar would have expired..

And isn't Advent s Christian holiday? Weird that they've combined it with Star Wars...

Advent is just a counting down to an event. The Advent calendar is there to count the days til Christmas. I actually have the City themed one for my actual Advent calendar, and this one already put together for the cool mini-models, since it isn't very Christmas-y. The only Christmas themed things in the Star Wars one are Santa Yoda and a tree.

Edit: there is an ISD scale Republic Cruiser though, and that pretty much makes it worth the price for me.
