And my point is that it is not counter productive. The right to say "f*ck you" makes people happy, and happy people don't waste their happy time on persecuting others.
Convictions are more dangerous foes of truth than lies.

I'm not saying it should be illegal, just that I think its counterproductive.

Oh ok, you mentioned illegality which I clarified was not what I meant. I'd disagree with you completely then about that point of productivity.
