i am an early bird, always have been. Even as a teen I could never lay in bed most of the morning on a saturday or sunday. Had to be up and either going out with friends or watching saturday morning TV.
I'm one of those people that likes to be in bed by 10am and up by 6am.

I'm definitely a night owl; I prefer the night time, after everyone else is asleep, because that's the only time I can reliably expect not to be constantly pestered or bothered about something.
It's funny, though, because that's the exact opposite of how I was as a child. Back then, I wouldn't be in bed past dawn. Anymore, if I don't have to be up early for work, I'm usually still awake when the sun rises.

heck Adservio, I love my bed and the earlier I take to it the better. I'm usually up when the sun rises but I've had several hours sleep when it does, lol
