internet updates

Oh I forgot to add, I called the old internet company and had it changed from my daughters name to mine...they even gave me courtneys user and password over the phone...oh well I'll stick with the old services, might cost a bit more but they have been running flawlessly for the past four years.

Like you said Kana, what's the new company going to be like to deal with if there really is a future problem?

i think all of the professional pride has shipped over to japan...i know plenty about that beurocratic fertalizer and sadly it's spread throuhout most big companies...they make soooo much money why would they worry about 1 customer when they have a thousand more waiting in line....oh well...i know there are still individuals that take pride in what they do..
