I propose that we have someone or someones to read threw the new members class stuff, you know the alan watts stuff and other stuff :) It has been brought to my attention that people haven't been reading these and the newest members may get discouraged from going threw with the work if they feel that they are not being listened to.

Also, i was thinking that maybe we could set up classes within the Rites for Knights and Masters to continue their training, even if they feel they know everything, lol. Kinda like going to school to advance in your personal knowledge, it wouldn't be mandatory but you would get a certificate after completeing each course. :)

Also if you suggest such a plan may I suggest to ask for volunteers as to who would be willing to teach before we organise this. As far as I know we have no one for the Buddhist since Master Garm has enough on his plate, otherwise there is no one. No one is really responsible for the Abrahamic any more. GM Nayeldraccon and I are stretched enough for work to do this for the Jediism. How is it with you April for the Pagan?

Would thursday 12th be ok Master Daniel? I would like to keep it constant though.

Hmm...only time will tell...to be honest it can be on what ever day so long as it's a little latter in the day.Or i wont be able to make it to a single one.

But then again its not always about me o.O

Maybe we should make the time dependent on the chairperson and where s/he lives. Now that I am not chairing anymore the times can change. This way everyone from every time zone has a fair chance. Master Rich lives however also according to european time.

10pm GMT is the latest I am willing to start this on a regular basis - harsh n blunt but im not gonna beat about the bush - ive done such meetings before at 2am and frankly - whilst it may suit you start at 8p and finish say 10pm - finishing 4am is not an option for me.

I believe this is 4pm Central USA time - so 11pm really is the absolute max start time.

Remember that the server time is 6 (six) hours BEHIND GMT (currently) so my absolute latest start of 11pm for me is 5pm for many/most of you (and servertime).

Its a sad/unfortunate fact of life that such meetings cannot accommodate everyone - especially when its a global community

Day of the week - Sunday seems to be the most effective day for most people - personally I dont care - but as I said - its impossible to please everybody all the time - and this is why a breakdown of the meeting is made by the chair at the end of the event.

As fir the reading of posts by initiates - i do this anyway - as a matter of course - I thought this was the the role of the teaching staff? - myself and others have posted a few times that just because they dont get responses - it doesn't mean we are not reading them.

As for Buddhist rite - I can help if necessary/wanted/needed - only in a temporary capacity as like Master garm - I am not a practising Buddhist (as such) - anyway - the offer is there (as there are currently no active members in the rite - it isnt exactly going to be taxing :D)

Anyway - somebody make there minds up on times n dates otherwise - as far as im concerned - its still 8pm GMT Sunday
