WOW. That would depend on the people in charge.
One thing we can do is educate our youth. they speak as if they have no education ie:gradmacation, nor do they understand big words.
Second is monitor the power we give to people that is a basic right. If something is wrong, we have to say something for surely there are others that agree. Where there is one there is many.
