There are tons of sites out there if you wish to spend the time looking. Some better than others, some you don't find out until you are on or in the site that it is a \"Rubies\" costume. I have probably 30+ sites just for costumes that I have tracked down in the last few years, including individuals who make costumes; as for Sabers, whole nother can of worms... You have your good sites, Advanced, RSLA, The Custom Saber Shop, Parks, etc., plus Big yellow box, etc...

Robes can be made of any material you wish. OutterRobes is a good place so I've heard.

The best way to find what you want is to look around. Ask questions, look at sites if available.

I have gotten most of my clothing off of ebay, a few pieces from private seamstresses but most from Costume Base not to confuse with Costume Bay that is there also..
I like Simon's (Costume Base) robes, they are a material that is like a light denim but not denim. Its a strong Material but not too heavy and wears well, but some may look for a softer material. Most Robes are out of a soft sturdy Cotton. Kind of gives that light velvety appearance. The robes from costume places that sell Rubies is not bad, I have one for my grandson that I bought large and took it in to his size but left on the material so as he grows I just need to adjust it.

There are patterns you can get to make your robes, as promised here are some...

Tunic and Robe set (no pants patterns in these) Simplicity 0578 (kids) and 0579 (Adults)(These also include the Princess Leia Ep 4 and a Queen Amiadala Style costume as well.)

Another Robe pattern also includes Tunics that are SCA styled: McCalls Costumes No. 3789 (Childs, I got this for the robe pattern and the pants pattern, I'm not sure what the pattern number is for the adult size),

Another one for teens and adults is Simplicity pattern 5840, but has no pants pattern.

For just tunics and or the long Jedi tunics like old Ben Kenobi's I got Simplicity 3311 or McCalls 2940. (These are not just for the Outer Tunics but the Inner ones as well. Just need to taper the sleeves at the wrist and make them about 4-6 inches longer to give the gathered look and either pleat stitch or uses thin elastic for the wrists, for the inner tunic.)

****NOTE****
All these and most of your Patterns come as one master sheet with all this sizes printed one in the other. If you wish to keep the original pattern in tact for future uses you can trace carbon copy or xerox them to make each size. Once the original is cut, it is only goo for that one size...

You can mix pattern ideas to make what you like as well for the styles or designs... Like Karate patterns for the pants and Tunics or Nursing scrubs for the pants, etc... Many ideas out there...

If any one wishes info on other patterns like Lukes ROTJ costume, Aalya Secura's or Padme's White suit Ep 2 or Ep 3's night gown let me know and I'll post them as well.

Here are some links too that may be helpful.......

Costume Base
http://stores.ebay.com/costumebases_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm

(This one is one I recommend if your money is tight. He has the Jedi Belts with or without the pouches and food capsules, even boots, ie: Anakins (Brown or Black) Obi-Wans (Br or Blk) Qui-Gonns, etc. Boots have a very heavy duty sole, not like others I have seen without paying over $400 for them.)

MPM Costumes (In England, Movie Replicas)
http://www.mpmcostumes.com/site/5.asp

(They have it all, but it is a bit pricy if you are money tight.)

The Star Fortress

Their eBay site:
