I will not go into full detail except that i was talking to someone that feels that all you need is a positive attitude and everything will simply fall from the heavens into your lap. Needless to say that after speaking to her for a while i got really annoyed because she is repeating the same stuff over and over again and feels she knows how to solve all my problems. I know she is trying to be nice and get me out there and going but with everything going on right now i am sort of waiting to see what happens with work and then we are moving out to AZ she didn't understand that. Anyway, I am beginning to go around in circles, i can meditate and do yoga to releave my stress from this conversation but i was wondering how you all deal with your stress as well.
