Here is my series of quotes from a conversation I am currently having with Ashria, myself.

“How do you put what you have learned along the path to use in your life, so far?” - Lykeios Little Raven to Ashria

“Being in the moment.” - Ahria

Then I said something about that being a good first step, but that I’d struggled with the application in the past. To which Ashria replied:

“When you wonder, return to the breath. There is more, but I like that line. We just breathe and never really think about [it]. But when we do it focuses us.”
