Toward the end of the article, he discusses a 100 Day commitment. I would like to do one, but I know that I am going to need help. I am going to need Allies!
I'd like to start in mid-January with a Jedi Squad alongside me. Here's the deal: You pick your practice. The author gives examples of you can choose your own. When we're ready to begin, we set up a thread. Tell us what you commit to and check in that you kept your commitment each day. If you didn't, why not?
We support each other, we keep each other accountable. Lots of cheering, lots of thank you's
I'm looking for five people who can commit to 100 days of Jedi discipline.
So here's what we do:
-First we pick teams of 6. First six to post will be team A, Next 6 team B and the next team C, etc
-Choose a kick ass name for your team
-I can set up a room for you in official discord if you want or you set up your own thing. Either way it'll help you guys go through this time together
-In addition to chatting with your team on discord (or whatever client you use) you can also create a thread on the forum to check in
-Jan 15, 2019 is the starting day
-You may choose to share your discipline choice, but that is not required
-You must check in each day, even if you don't complete the task
Further questions, comments and support is available in the #100 Days of Discipline Channel on the Official Discord
