Hello, friends. My apologies if this is something asked quite often, I was just wondering if after registering, can one fill out the membership application? or is it necessary to wait the full 7 days? Thanks!

Yes, it is necessary to wait the full 7-day time frame. All applications must be filled out truthfully and one question is have you been here at least 7 days.
