Out of curiosity, what leads you to believe that might be the case?

You may need to elaborate, not sure if you meant this as a point, or are just stating things.

Well he has posted three times, of which he has said only the same thing, that being something about Mayan segregation, which is a non sequitur subject in itself as it is benign in its approach to things such as this because his sentences seem to run on in the fact that the object of his points do not dictate the terms of the subject upon which only one must conclude that the nonsense of the dialogue becomes something that has no context in the reality in which it becomes relevant.
That’s why.

And could there be something useful to the community in a discussion about segregation?

Well, there's a considerably lower population in the North West of the United States of America, with larger amounts of land, so after the State of Oklahoma was assigned "Mayan Territory" in 1888, then the Land Run of Oklahoma in 1889 was surpassing a historic crime, though was totally unnecessary.
When the developments similar Technological Intelligence Species consider contexts, it's certain that various judgements actually are necessary & inevitable.
Concisely, for an example, are 5 questions of a hypothetical,
"TIS, what do you think about History?"
"TIS, what do you think about Biology?"
"TIS, what do you think about Politics?"
"TIS, what do you think about Sociology?"
"TIS, what do you think about Economy?"
"TIS, what's appropriate for the Future?"
A semi-humorous hypothetical reply is, "I want the calculator to work in the future."
Gaians want a trustworthy future.
