2008 Upcoming Jedi Gatherings
If you don’t know me, I’m Moonshadow, one of the Administrators of the Jedi Gatherings Group and wanted to let you know about two upcoming Jedi Gatherings being held later this year. If you aren’t familiar with the concept of Gatherings, Gatherings are basically a 3-4 day camping trip during which Jedi and other interested parties come together in real life to share, learn, and apply the real-life aspects of being a Jedi.
This year, we have 2 four day Gatherings being organized in Indiana and Pennsylvania:

i'd love to go, but am on the wrong side of the country. are gatherings ever held in the Utah area? or somwhere close to utah?
Indiana and Louisiana are actually the closest we've come to Utah so far. There just aren't enough active offline Jedi in the West. At least not enough that I know of. If you can gather enough interest, I can help you with the organization if you're interested in hosting one. There may also be one in California eventually.
I may be able to come along with my two life followers to the indy one...we shall see :]
Any chance you could submit a Registration form so I can be sure to contact you with updates?
Oh purple flying saucers! grand idea, pity I can't get over to America! no only if this could be done over here in the UK... could be done... *moment of deep thought* anyway, MTFBWY all
Actually, there are enough active Jedi in the UK that it could be done. If you're seriously interested in it, I can help you with the planning and might even fly over to join in.

Anora and War Beauty, hope you guys can make one eventually! We'll be holding Gatherings like this every year.
