With the site update, it will be necessary to recreate any custom signatures that appear at the bottom of your forum posts. This can be done in the profile edit section. Get there by clicking "Community" in the navigation bar, then "Profile" in the profile navigation bar and then click the little [...] button on the right side of your cover photo. Select "Edit Profile" and you'll see all of the options you can update! 
Your signature goes in the "Signature" box (duh). You can use BBCode in this box that will let you display images and links. Here's a couple helpful codes. To use them properly, you'll need to replace the parentheses () with brackets [ ]. I couldn't show that here in the forum or it would activate the codes in this post as well
IMAGE: (img)IMAGE LINK GOES HERE(/img)
LINKS: (url=LINK GOES HERE)LINK TITLE TO DISPLAY GOES HERE(/url)
For images, you can upload them to tumblr or other online social media and then copy the link from there.
