It's a gut feeling initially, but if I don't go through with what feels like the right choice my brain keeps telling me 'no'. I do think things through though, I don't make gut choices without making sure the reasoning makes sense.

I guess it sorta feels like my stomach is turning over.
Some choices are 'easy' and I know what the right choice for me is based on experience or just knowing myself, others are tough and I spend ages agonising over until I give in to the gut feeling
