I am not too concerned with the numerical growth of the Temple. We don't need a lot of Jedi. We need really good Jedi. Sure, your criteria may differ from mine in the particulars, but I can't imagine one would disagree with the basic premise.
If you want a better Temple, be a better Jedi. So, I figure I'll do my best to cultivate myself. World improvement by means of self-improvement.
