Honestly, I usually get a bit bored by Ted talks, but this one really struck home. I think I'm a burned out giver, which has made me disagreeable from what he's said. This talk seemed aimed at matchers, so I only wish he had the time to further expand on how to be successful and manage the weaknesses of both givers and takers. I would think that "successful" Jedi tend to be givers since there's very little gratification outside of seeing people grow here. I'd be interested in seeing the distribution of giver/taker traits against other characteristics besides individual work achievement.
