Video Sermons?

I was curious if we can do video submissions for sermons? Has anyone ever done that? We could simply record them and supply a link within the Temple or do some sort of video conference through Skype or something like that. Is this plausible and would anyone be interested?
Thoughts and ideas?

I second this motion. I am much better at public speaking then writing. I have a YouTube Chanel I made for my Jedi Preparedness thread that I could allow people to use for posting the videos or I believe the temple has a YouTube channel as well?

I don't know if its been done before (well, I tell a lie, we did record some sermons at the UK Meet Up this year), but I really like the idea.

Assuming everyone other than the speaker remembered to mute their microphones :laugh:

I would not mind doing that at all and I think it would also be a way of getting to know the speaker better...and each other!

It's been done but I'd love to have more. I have access to the Temple's YouTube page, I can upload anything you want there

That would be a great start Kit, but what about a possible live sermon via Skype or something like that? Would that be a possibility? I know we have wide and varied time zones because we are a worldwide Temple, but I think it would be another great way for us to connect with one another.

Jack honestly I think both video submission and live Skype sermons are good ideas. The wider the formats available the more creative we can be.
