A Restructure of the FAQ's

It's currently a link at the bottom of the site under the "Help" heading. It contains how to upload your avatar and some other stuff like that.

Let's move the section currently titled "Help" in the Footer to a drop down menu in the NAV bar and place it in the space the link to the FAQ currently occupies. Re-title it "General Info" or "Help" as you like
