I think that the real answer is that you should drink tea by pouring it between the upper and lower lip slowly so as not to spill it over yourself. Be careful that you have not boiled the water too long as to make the tea too hot and you burn the inside of your mouth.

No?

English Breakfast in the morning
Earl Grey in the afternoon
Sleepy time at night

I use stevia instead of sugar, no milk, and a Death star infuser

Ooh, I love tea-especially Earl Gray (yes, yes, Make it So...lol) I prefer it with a little sweetener and cream. There's almost no wrong way to go about it - if you brewed it too bitter/strong, add some sweetener/cream and it will help. Otherwise, there's an almost infinite variety, I know--it's trial and error honestly! I like Stevia to sweeten, you may like honey, or none at all. Have fun!:)

I drink freshly brewed decaf coffee / espresso and lots of tea. All kinds of tea, really - genmaicha (green tea with roasted rice), decaf Earl Grey, organic ginger etc. The joy of tea is its preparation - I use a stove-top kettle, spend a lot of time trying to get it just right (temperature, steeping time etc.). It's part of my meditation routine, really :-)
