As optimistic as the numbers may seem, the nature of war has changed. As explained in the video, it's not so much country against country. Terrorism has made it personal. People against people. ISIS is a group that isn't bound by any borders, and they want to control the world. If fighting this group isn't called a world war, therefore, then I don't know what to call it.
