Islamophobia: Is this just the beginning?

I'd like to start off by saying that this isn't my proudest day as a Canadian. This article details some of the aftermath of an arson that took place at a Mosque. I'd like to believe that this is the end of it. That someone made a poor decision when targeting this place of worship for an innocent group of people. But in the back of my mind I feel like this is just the start. I wouldn't at all be surprised if we saw more and more of these events. It's like all the hateful views that have manifested themselves in acts of violence and sheer stupidity. It goes back to the days of internment camps for Japanese Americans and the Christie Pits riot .

As many allow their hate for Daesh (IsIs) to cloud their minds and thereby not only bring war upon them, but also on all muslims, sadly

Hate feeds hate, if you put more wood onto the fire it will only get bigger
Love feeds peace

The trick is how do we take wood off the fire?

Yeah this will get ugly especially because of the refugees coming to various countries. On the one hand you've got people who know they are coming from a very bad place and so they want to help, on the other hand you've got people who will see them as invaders who will only cause harm. It's really too bad because there are extremists from all walks of life, Christian crusaders, Jewish mafia, violent Buddhists... or those of various political and philosophical ideologies. The media will play both sides of course and I can tell you in America just on some of the gun forums and news websites oh my, if you think the "blacklivesmatter" racial tension stirring nonsense is causing controversy just wait to the refugees arrive. The govt is already warning about militias and people targeting Muslims and mosques.

Becouse if you try you will get burned, what we must do is to extinguish the fire, by pouring water on it

As i said, love feeds peace, and if we deal with the core of the problem we can maybe once and for all extinguish the fire.
And let life be as a river.. But there will always come some dirt in the way and stop the river from flowing freely, and then we need to remove it

But should we be surprised that Islamophobia exists? It happens in every war. Germans, Vietnamese, Koreans... they were hated in general because a smaller group of them killed Americans. I think we've evolved somewhat since then, however, that deep down we know that not all Muslims are terrorists, just like not all Germans were Nazis.

It's a shame that some people can say that all Muslims are bad and their religion is a cult. For one thing, it's way tool arge to be a cult and it has multiple branches. People i think are just making excuses just to hate Muslims. From reading their Quran to the incidents, ect. If you added all the Muslim terrorists, they'd make up less than 1% of all Islam. There's over a billion and hundreds of millions of Muslims don't go around converiting others. There are Muslims that are even fighting against these terrorists yet that isnt enough proof. I have Muslim friends who never tried to convert me, and then people will say they are just pretending to be my friend and will try to force convert me later. There's no pleasing some people. There are good and bad Muslims. To say all Muslims are bad, even the children is beyond asinine.

As i said further up the thread the hate for Daesh will make us also attack all muslims

The key, I think, is to stop adding wood to the fire, and allow the fire to consume the fuel and burn out.

And i would also like to add, that the reason some hate muslims is becouse they fear Daesh
And fear often leads to hate, one must always refrain from hate
