Of course, I have kept up a healthy active, lifestyle since well....As long as I can remember.

Consistency is the key to most things, and I have been.

Also, my profession constantly reminds me how short life is, and how a stagnant, unhealthy lifestyle not only shorten its already brief stint, but its quality in what you can do in it as well.

Lol, well, I know plenty of 65- 70 year old people that are still plenty active.

I imagine if I stay consistent, I can also, barring anything like accidental death, possible disease, cancer, etc.

Again, my profession reminds me very well of how much time I dont have, or anyone, which is why I also have no time to waste or excuses of age or anything else to make.

Which is why I see little relevance in wondering what will happen in 30+ years..Heck, extend the timeline long enough and it the rate of motion drops to zero for everyone.

In 100 years( less than) I will be a pile of ashes and so will you.

I've downloaded this app and already tried a few guided meditations. I've never done meditation before but found it quite relaxing.
Thank you for the suggestion.

there are many different kinds of meditation
i would say "emptying the mind" is only a way of speaking - more appropriately i think it could be described as shifting modes of cognition
the mind doesnt really EMPTY
imo its more accurate to say that the observer changes cognition level

im very curious if trataka meditation might be more to your liking
