We're back to where it's wild again
It has been said that "intent on driving the US back into the dark ages." as well as, by the very ones who were accused of intending to drive the US back into the Dark Age, "we're headed back to the Wild West"
What is really what? What's going on?
Everything can, and is, being looked at from infinite perspectives: God sent the angels to create the Earth, God kicked the angles out of heaven because they rebelled, God allowed the angels to elect to take a vacation or the angles went on a gold mining expedition and God disapproved of their work ethics and quarantined them upon the Earth. Certainly, more variations could be stated, but i hope this suffices.
Most people don't claim to see the angels anymore, or even acknowledge their mythos. The world is wild. Some billionaires want to download their consciousness into machines so that they can "live" forever.
Man has evolved, and regressed, society to it's present point. The Great Dragon is all but slain, and most do not perceive that the little dragon will ever cease to make gain.
"We're back to where it's wild again," Call said.
Lady Carey happened to overhear the remark - she drew rein for a moment, looking toward a faint outline of the mountains in the east.
"Yes, it is wild isn't it," she said. "It's like a smell. I smelled it in Africa and now I smell it here."
"It means we have to be careful," Call said.
"Quite the contrary, Corporal Call," she said. "It means we have to be wild, like the wild men."
