I don't think it sucks, if it helps you, use it... Art is the path to the ineffable and there is art in the scale...

I've seen neurotic behaviour in animals. They are on the sentient continuum and I - personally - don't see the benefit of viewing them as different from us or putting them on the fantasy equivalent of the "noble savage" pedestal... We're all animals with different tools...

Anyway, it was the first time I found that watching animals (National Geographic or BBC documentaries) can give a feeling of a good book.
