The only problem I see for dieters is that willpower has to be: "How can I view food in healthy portions and having deliciousness as a paradigm."

If a food addicted individual learns to view food as delicious fuel (both have to be developed separately), then will power will work.

Until then. Most of us view it as an excuse. No amount of telling us that certain foods are "bad" will fix it because ALL food is good in some quantity. (Varying degrees of good, of course).

I mean... just ask Jestor how his blood sugar is after eating all those cookies! If he limits himself to one every other day, then I bet it's fantastic, and delicious. ;)
